New York Marathon Training Update, October 17th:  21:00 miles in 3:06 at a 8:53 pace. Joining me on this, my final long run, was Mr Zach Smith.  Both of us felt pretty strong throughout, although miles 16-19 were definitely tough, especially as we navigated our way through Battery Park where there are thousands of tourists. Final 1.5 miles were good and the finish was strong.
