This is everything a TED Talk should be; funny, inspiring, thought provoking and incredibly smart. 

I love the idea of creating an ecology that is completely renewable and sustainable.  I think organizations could learn a lot from the innovatiive farming methods discussed in this talk.  Enjoy!
